Pumpkin Chobani

It’s been a while since I made my way down to the Chobani store in Soho. They sent me the biggest box of yogurts a few weeks ago, and it took no time for Garrett and I to demolish them. (FYI, buy the tubes of yogurt made for kids and put them in the freezer. So. Good.) I had a meeting downtown last week that I was crazy nervous about. As a result, the only thing I could eat all day was an apple. When the meeting was over, I was relieved… and starving. Garrett was coming back from class so I just needed a snack, not a full dinner… And I was right down the street from Chobani.
I had been absolutely dying to try to the new seasonal flavor. It did not disappoint. The best part? It’s not so hard to recreate at home.
Yogurt + Pumpkin Puree + Maple Syrup + Craisins + Toasted Pecans + Bits of Gingersnaps
The one at Chobani used a plain yogurt as the base and then stirred in the pumpkin puree. I loved the flavor of pumpkin was on the fence about the texture of the puree. I kind of think that if I were to do this at home, I would use the limited edition Pumpkin Spice Chobani as the base and skip the puree. This tastes like fall… I would eat this every afternoon as a little snack! Yum!

Yum! I wish I had one of those near me! I had a real pumpkin spice latte the other day (not a Starbucks one) and it was so good! I love pumpkin flavored foods!

Yummmm <3 love pumpkin ANYTHING! There's this awesome aussie-style yogurt called Noosa, and I've only been able to find it locally at Target. I purchased their limited edition pumpkin and vanilla yogurt yesterday and I can't wait to try it!

G and I were having dinner when he got back from class (an hour later). So I just need something to tie me over until then!
