One of my resolutions for the year is to cook more, specifically handling dinner one night per week. (Which doesn’t sound like a lot, but is for me ha.) Louisa’s post is coming at a perfect time for me and I have a feeling it might be a great time for you too. Also SUPER excited about her new program– I just signed up!!
2018’s Most Popular Recipes to Master in 2019
Guest post by Louisa from Living Lou
I’ve been thinking a lot of goal for 2019, and I’m sure you have too. While I haven’t quite landed on a resolution (or really decided if I want to do a “resolution”), one of my goals this year is to help you fill up your “go-to” list with recipes that delight and inspire.
Maybe some of your goals or resolutions for the new year involve cooking? I hope so! I think cooking is so important to self-care and for nourishing and nurturing our bodies and minds.
I’m launching a new and exciting (and free!) program in January that will help you become a better cook in 8 weeks, and I hope you sign up and join me! Every week we’re going to taking a look at a different cooking technique and sharing an incredible recipe that utilizes tips and tricks that I’ve picked up over the years working test kitchens, developing recipes for brands and just in my own kitchen at home.
I always love looking back at the analytics for the year to see which recipes were the most popular. If you’re not sure where to start, these are the recipes my readers loved the most this year.
I made this again over the weekend (and took brand new photos!). It remains to be one of my all-time favorite soups.
This is so tasty and I love that so many of you enjoy making this recipe!
This recipe has been one of the most popular since I posted it years ago on my site! So yummy and can easily be adapted for the stovetop.
Every year this one surprises me, but I love Buffalo wings, so why not take the flavors and add them to drumsticks?
This is a total staple for me, especially if I’m having my vegetarian friends over for dinner.
Scones are shockingly popular! This lemon recipe is so good. I originally developed it for a newspaper in Toronto.
This is such an old post (like we’re talking from 2010) and it needs a serious update. Stay tuned for updated photos, but really, these are truly the easiest cupcakes in the world.
Clearly people like chicken recipes. This is a signature Living Lou recipe and I’d add it to the top of your list!
