A Go To

If nothing else comes from this post, you’ll at least know that a) I wasn’t kidding when I said I was obsessed with black and green right now and b) I REALLY love this style of shirt. I’ve had it for a couple of years now (and own it in four colors, whoops). I just love the way it fits and looks too much to stop wearing it.

This has been pretty much been my early fall uniform. Black top, dark jeans, something green and/or something leopard, plus a little hint of gold!

I’ve long been a fan of Neely and Chloe and I swear, each collection they release is better than the last. I’ve been carrying this little guy so frequently. I like the top handle the most, but would be remiss to not share that it also comes with a longer strap. The green is a brilliant hunter color and takes on light in such a beautiful way. I really like that I can carry it with casual, everyday outfits like this one (and this one!) as well as dressing it up with something a little fancier since it’s a showstopper!

I’m curious about the bag and what the interior looks like! I went to N&C’s website but they don’t show photographs of any of their bags, as far as I could tell!

I love a good trumpet sleeve. But I always find myself so self conscious when I’m wearing one. Maybe it’s time to revisit and ignore the states though because this top is so cute!

Thanks for sharing this home update! So great knowing the thought process of a new home owner and what the transition is like… and I appreciate you giving us a peek into what it’s been like! So helpful for any of us that will become new homeowners in the future, because it gives a sense of what to except!
