Just Around Town

Before you start judging me for the fact that a) I don’t have on a coat in these photos and b) I have bare ankles… please note that we got stuck in an out-of-the-blue snow squall. Seriously, it was blue skies, then dark, then snowy for maybe nine minutes? Then blue skies again. I WAS NOT PREPARED!!!

We went under cover hoping the snow wouldn’t be visible but it picked up with such intensity that it didn’t matter where you were. I could do nothing but laugh… and then run to my car.

I have been living in either this exact outfit, or an outfit very similar. I have to say, these sneakers might have been the best purchase I made last year. I love my Supergas because they’re just a go-to classic canvas sneak and I wear them often. But these are just slightly trendier– especially with the pop of green.

They also have a rainbow version that I think would be so fun in the summertime. Maybe not the most practical for the types of outfits I wear, but just something to put on your radar.

I also covet my Dudley Stephens fleeces all winter. They gave me this one in December and, considering green is fast becoming my favorite color to wear, you know it’s been in heavy rotation.

Love your green sweater! I thrifted a men’s green Timberland quarter zip sweater for $5 a few years ago and it’s still one of my favourites. I wear green so much that I’ve started seeing it as a neutral hahh

Love that green color! I’ve been seeing more and more people wearing green lately and I’m loving it! Also really like who you styled this look with the headband to dress it up a bit.
