Swinging

I’ve had this swingy trench coat for years. (Maybe since 2014 or 2015?) It’s one of my favorite coats for mild days, but J. Crew never brought it back. Since this coat is no longer available, you may be able to find it on a secondhand site. But I did notice that this Barbour coat has a very similar vibe. I actually think I like it better because the hood is detachable and there is visibly less hardware on the front. Simpler and even more classic. Definitely something you’d have for many years to come.

Swing Trench Coat

Stubbs and Wootton

Stubbs and Wootton recently spoiled me with this new pair of linen slippers. With the mild winter we’ve been having, I couldn’t resist putting them on and pretending like it’s spring. I love the go-to-hell slippers Stubbs makes and the needlepointed shoes with bold prints, patterns, and motifs, but there is just something so nice and subtle about this pair. Use CARLY20 for 20% off a full-priced pair. They also come in a bolder navy velvet too if you want something a little more on the wild side.

Oh my goodness, Carly! This may be one of my favorite outfits you’ve shared-literally, ever! I’m obsessed with this jacket (may have to purchase the Barbour one) & this shirt is adorable! Also, already purchased the shoes… Seriously obsessed!

I really love that you’re featuring clothing from companies I’ve never heard of (i.e. blouse, crossbody). I adore this top and it’s definitely a “wishful” purchase for the future!
