Easy Does It

I have a handful of outfits that I shot earlier this month. I hesitated to share them, but I’m just going to post the last few and then…. see where life takes us. Sound good?

This outfit can easily work year round too. So maybe just pin and save for later ☺️I’ve been craving simpler outfits while working from home. Even though I’m not going anywhere I’ve been having more days than not where I do end up getting dressed. The hardest thing right now is that I feel tempted to get rid of everything. I don’t know why but I open my closet and see cute dresses that I can’t really wear and I want to toss ’em. I’m fighting that urge as I know there is light at the end of the tunnel even if we don’t know when that is! Anyway… here’s the look:

If you’ve been reading my blog for the past few years, you know how much I love this bag. It is a bit of a splurge but I have carried it so much over the years and will continue to do so. (If you go back through old summer posts you’ll see it over and over again!) It’s 20% off right now in Tuckernuck’s sitewide sale with TNUCK20 at checkout. I actually got it for my sister for her birthday because she fell in love with it when we were on Nantucket last summer. (And we have drastically different style!)

Some outfits from last year:

With a white dress

With a flirty pink dress

With white jeans and a camel sweater

With an Hermes scarf

With a chambray dress

Similar Shirt (my exact is still available in blue/white stripes) // Jeans //  Headband (over 50% off!) // Similar Shoes (c/o, CARLY20 gets you 20% off a full-priced pair)

I saw a string of tweets where Moms were wearing their wedding dresses to tea parties with their kids, little girls doing their chores in sparkly party dresses. As you said- why not!

I’m still wearing cute outfits at home. I think my family appreciates it and I know I feel better when I pass the mirror. Please don’t throw anything cute away, this will end and we will all dress up again and head out. Probably more than ever! 🙂

This is a super pretty outfit! I love the look of the blouse and the headband – I adore headbands and wear them all the time. Please do keep sharing the outfits you’ve shot – it’s great inspiration! 🙂

Nice post! Every time I land on your post, I see some cool interesting ideas. I am in love with your fashion style. I loved your fashion sense in this post and your accessories as well. Everything from your outfit were on point. I would love to wear such outfits and styles with my piercing jewelry. With the changing trends, everyone is now highly inclined towards the Nose Piercing as well. Thank you so much for the post.
