Little White Dress with Macy’s

There are plenty of things about summer that I look forward to: the sun being out past 9 pm, shutting down work a little earlier on a Friday afternoon, watermelon for days, weekend adventures, dining al fresco… and dresses. As much as I love my jeans and sweaters (and you guys know I love my jeans and sweaters), throwing on a dress in the summer is too easy. No effort necessary and you already look cute.

I tend to have a lot of super casual dresses (like for going to the beach) or dressier dresses (for brunches all the way up to evening events). I can think of at least twenty different ways I can style this dress all summer long. Sandals and a straw bag when I’m down at the beach. Wedges and a clutch for a night out. Sneakers and a scarf for an elevated everyday look. Etcetera. You can even swap the included belt out for something different, like this navy woven belt. Versatility is KEY here.

I saw these shoes in Macy’s and had to have them for the post. I have a feeling I’m going to end up reaching for them all summer long. They’re super comfortable and will go with everything. I also found these loafer slides and thought they’d be a cute option as well. I didn’t end up getting them, but had to share because they’re adorable!

My mom spotted this little bucket bag and it was a perfect match for the shoes!
