L’Occitane has been a go-to of mine for holiday gifting (and really any gifting) for years. I’m excited to partner again with them this year to share some great gifting ideas. My mom got me hooked on the brand because she always (and I mean always) had every sink and shower stocked with L’Occitane’s Verbena soaps and lotions. I always carry a tube of the hand cream with me– and I have one in my nightstand, at my desk, and in my car too. And there’s no bath product quite like their Foaming Lavender Bath.
One amazing thing about gifting L’Occitane is that you’re gifting more than just luxury bath and body products. You’re gifting a quality, sustainable brand thanks to L’Occitane’s outstanding commitment to the world (both people and the environment).
I love their four pillars for sourcing ingredients:
– Traceability; they work with local farmers to both reduce their carbon footprint, but also to ensure they know exactly where their ingredients are coming from.
– Sustainability; they do not affect endangered species
– Fairness; they build relationships with producers to ensure economic sustainability and consistency
– Quality; they use processes that protect the integrity of their ingredients which is then in turn passed onto consumers in the quality of the products
The company also is committed to fighting preventable blindness (and even includes braille on some of their packaging) and employs women in West Africa for their Shea Butter, providing business training and economic opportunities.
If that’s not a win/win (win…win… win… win…), I don’t know what is.
I’m a big fan of their curated gift boxes. They always include the best-selling products and take a lot of the guesswork out of gifting. (Also, pro tip: I always keep at least one of these boxes on hand for last-minute hostess gifts.)
Here I have the Nourishing Shea Butter Collection, Shea Honey Harvest Collection, and Immortelle Divine Collection (an ultra-luxurious option!). All three come in gorgeous boxes that you don’t even need to wrap… they’re beautiful on their own!
Thank you L’Occitane for sponsoring this post!
