On My Radar

My Christmas tree is up and there’s a blanket of snow outside. If you told me Christmas was next week, I’d believe you… I can’t believe it’s only Thanksgiving. Crazy!

My sister is flying into town today and we’re going to spend the weekend together having fun in Hoboken (she’s never been!) and NYC. We have plans to go to see the New York Pops perform the Best of Broadway with Meghan. Then we’re seeing Mean Girls on Broadway (!!!) and maybe even ice skating at some point. Then the two of us are flying back down together Monday morning for Thanksgiving. Can’t wait for it all.

Snow Day

Coat // Sweater // Jeans // Boots (c/o) // Handbag // Gloves // Beret

Here’s what has been on my radar this week:

ONE // Netflix’s Dog-umentary Series

Netflix has been killing it with their original content. I can’t wait to watch this six-part series all about dogs. It actually comes out today so if you have time this weekend, you can get a head start on the binging! The trailer def brought a tear to my eye.

TWO // Tartan Pillows

Kelly and I both agree: Williams Sonoma has the BEST tartan pillows right now. If I had to pick a favorite from the bunch (and it’s a tough call because there are so many to choose from), it’d be this lambswool one… it’s perfectly plaid.

THREE // Inside Ashley Tisdale’s Home

Ooooh, Ashley Tisdale’s home is gorgeous!!! I love everything about it– especially the photo of her dog, hehe. I could move right into the master bedroom– the sitting area in it is so pretty.

FOUR // Origins Blooming Sheer Lip Balm

This is one of the best tinted lip balms I’ve ever tried. Literally, so good. It’s moisturizing and packs a ton of color in and applies like a lip balm, which makes it super low-maintenance. I hate when you get a lipstick and constantly have to apply it to maintain good, even color. This stuff stays on forever but slowly fades so you never get a weird lip issue. Get it and you won’t regret it. r

FIVE // The Paper Square Project

My friend’s son started this project and I think it’s such a simple yet powerful thing. I think we all could use a little more kindness and support in our lives right now and this is an easy way to help spread more of it within your community. Basically, it’s a small paper square and you write a little message and give it to someone else– it’s such a small act but could totally make someone’s day a little better.
