This blouse has been one of my favorite things to reach for in my closet for date nights. Our date nights usually involve going to one of our favorite restaurants in Hoboken. Nothing fancy– I’m almost always just in the mood for burgers and fries!
I bought it last fall and instantly fell in love with the neckline and shape. Of course, it was backordered when I got to posting it. But I’m happy to report that it’s still available AND on sale! Can’t beat that.
Last time I wore it on the blog, I styled it with darker jeans and heels for a slightly more elevated look. But it looks just as cute with casual jeans and flats.
The neckline is perfect. It does make wearing a normal bra tricky because the straps tend to slip out from under the shirt. But little strips of fashion tape solve that issue.
I’m still breaking in these shoes. I love Margaux shoes and the regular ballet flats have no break in time, but these are slightly stiffer. Every time I wear them they get more comfortable though, so I know it’s only a matter of time before they’re like butter.
