When I spotted this dress, I knew it would be the perfect dress for Nantucket. It’ll be great to have all summer long honestly, but I had Nantucket on my mind as I added it to my shopping cart.
At first, I worried that the tiers in the dress would make me look stumpy. Somehow they miraculously add a few inches! I’ll take whatever extra height I can get.
I was also, kind of randomly, thinking how cute it would be as a bridesmaid dress option for a casual coastal wedding. (Clearly, I’ve been spending too much time on Pinterest.)
We had pretty lovely weather the entire time I was on Nantucket last week. (With the exception of one freak downpour in the Stop & Shop parking lot that left us soaked to the bone.) Comfortable dresses are my go-to for warm days– mostly out of laziness if I’m honest. It’s so nice not to have to worry about matching anything, and nothing is more uncomfortable than tight jeans or shorts on a hot day.
Bonus? You look like you tried a LOT harder than you actually did.
We all got the blue & white memo apparently! I was so glad that the trip ended up working out. Sometimes it can be hard to nail down schedules with four busy girls. Chassity, Gray, Julia, and I had the best, best time.
