I’ve been looking for a cute, highly functional backpack that doesn’t look like I’m heading off to school. It’s not the easiest task! There are definitely a lot of options now when it comes to backpacks for adults, but I kept finding super expensive designer ones, ones designed for moms to use more as a diaper bag, and ones that are cute but not super practical for daily organization/toting.
Enter: The Paravel Upland Backpack.
This was a little more expensive than I was originally planning on spending. But it checked all of my boxes that I pulled the trigger anyway– I’m so glad I did. This backpack is a work of art– and literally so well designed my mind was blown when I explored its many features.
Did I mention how BEAUTIFUL IT IS?! I bought the tan version, but it also comes in a version with black trim.
There are a few inside pockets and a separate side slot you can use for shoes or a wet umbrella (to keep it separate from your regular things) plus an outside pocket for easy access. I love that the top closes with a drawstring (so easy to get in and out) and the straps are “faux” so they actually latch via a magnet. This is huge for me because I have zero patience to fumble around with actual straps!!! It’s roomy without being bulky, too.
I’ve been wearing these little fox loafers quite a lot. They’re so comfortable and I think they’re a little unexpected, especially when I wear a super simple outfit. Literally every time I wear them, someone stops me to ask where they’re from.
