I love a good monogrammed gift. Both to give and to receive! I think that a monogrammed item shows that you care and took the time to get something perfectly personalized just right for the recipient. Mark and Graham asked me to share some of my monogrammed holiday gift picks here and I jumped at the chance.
I picked out a little sweater (c/o) for Teddy and monogrammed pajamas (c/o) for myself.
I try to dedicate a few hours when it comes time to wrap presents. I pull out all the paper, gift tags, ribbons and just spread everything out on a big table. I happened to be in Florida to get a head start on the wrapping and my parents’ dining room table was the perfect work space.
I ordered my sister the hinged earbud holder which is perfect to toss into her gym bag when she works out. I also got her a matching zip card holder that she can clip to her key chain! She drives quite a bit for work… so I hope she gets a lot of use out of it!
My mom got a new car recently and I overheard her saying how she had “borrowed” one of my dad’s key chains for her new keys. Tassel keychain, coming right up! I had to give it to her a little early because she just couldn’t wait! (The tassel makes it nearly impossible to lose even in the biggest of totes.) I also bought her a leather pouch for her iPad. It’s already been put to use too!
